When: Within three months of the Scoping Mission week after Kick-Off Workshop
What: The RSA is edited internally by the Scoping Lead to ensure consistency with RSAs from other countries. Once edited, the Scoping Lead shares the RSA with government focal points for final approval, before the RSA is posted as a shareable document with the Partnership’s Member network.
