Stage 2: What, who, when

Topic Progress:
Explore the headings for a summary of what happens in Stage 2.

What: Using information from the scoping mission, draft RSA to:

  • identify and prioritize areas of support needed;
  • assess any gaps in NDC implementation (including regulatory/policy, financial, data, capacity, governance coordinating mechanism and gender equality mechanisms);
  • catalogue NDC actions and map stakeholders against NDCs.

Who: Scoping Lead, Member country FPs, In-Country Facilitator.

When:Within three months of the scoping mission or four weeks after Kick-Off Workshop.

What: The Scoping Lead:

  • edits the RSA internally to make sure that it is consistent with RSAs from other countries;
  • after editing, shares the RSA with government FPs for final approval;
  • after approval, posts the RSA (as a shareable document) with the Partnership’s member network.

Who: Scoping Lead, Member country FPs, In-Country Facilitator.

When: Within four months of the scoping mission week after Kick-Off Workshop.
